Emily's B-Day & More Sentosa

For Emily's family birthday party, we went to her favorite Flushing restaurant, Sentosa. My opinion on this restaurant is still the same. It's consistently been one of the best for years. For my full review, see the May entry. We got the restaurant early so we could secure a large table and beat the crowd. Sentosa fills up quickly for dinner, especially on a Saturday night. But getting there before 6 guarantees a spot.

After dinner, we headed over to my parents' house for dessert, tea and the Bulls game.

Hi, Kerwin: great shots! Keep it up! Bock

Thanks. I'm still getting used to the new camera, but the low light shots on auto are much better than anything the old Sony could produce. You can actually compare these shots to my previous posts on Sentosa.

My weakness is savoring and enjoying all the sauces in food. I love to pour the yummy thick and sticky sauce over my rice. To me, that is the best part of the dish. Sentosa certainly fits the bill.

There is such a great balance of flavor in the Malaysian cuisine that very dish is mouth-watering fantastic. I ate everything on the dishes at the table and walked away from the restaurant smiling with a full stomach.

No wonder Sentosa is Emily's favorite restaurant and please add my name to the list.

Thanks Tony and Rosita for such a delicious treat.
