The ability is actually called Circle of Destiny. In DPS stance, it becomes Circle of Destruction, causing damage over time for enemies inside the runes. In healer stance (as seen above), it's Circle of Protection, healing allies over time. As DPS, I'll usually cast this immediately at the beginning of the battle and clip it with 2 more attacks. As a healer, I wait a few seconds so that I'm not healing full health teammates.

Tiamat's "O"
Here's my contribution to Jeff's question. This is a short video of my DC Universe Online supervillain, Tiamat, casting Circle of Protection in the night sky of South Gotham. I then angled the camera so that it would form a high contrast "O."

I haven't been on Picasa for a long time and they've since redesigned it. It doesn't look like they have a slideshow embed anymore, so here's the link to the album...

Jeff's Question / Charlotte's Answer
Now that it's over, it's safe to post about this. Jeff had a whole bunch of us create stop motion animations or videos. Each clip was a letter spelling out, "Charlotte Li Chua, will you marry me." This was played at a family gathering under the disguise of a multi-month birthday party. I shot facing the audience so I could get the reaction. I'll post the message video when Jeff uploads it.
Congratulations to Jeff and Charlotte!

DCUO: Bases Tour
This is a detailed tour of some of the Home Turf DLC lair themes, including dive, deco, Gothic, Eastern and ancient. I've been caught up with collecting furniture items more so than improving my gear! But I'm not the only one. I think this DLC is probably the one that changed the in-game culture the most. It's given life to old content and the trade market.

DCUO: Bottleneck Tasks
For the most part, this game is pretty exciting from level 1-30. It doesn't have the grind that's characteristic of many MMORPGs. There are just 2 tasks I feel could use an adjustment though. Watch this video and see if you've come across this on your adventures as well.

Holiday Food Fest
I had the whole week off and wasn't traveling. Since Wiley has combo vacation/sick/personal days, the tendency is to have a lot of days at the end of the year because of overpreparedness for being sick. Naturally, I spent the week meeting up with friends over meals.
This album consists of:
1) Oceanic Seafood Restaurant: This was a Friday lunch with my parents, Uncle Bock & Auntie Kim at a new buffet restaurant that took over the former Gala Manor. Full review in the future.
2) Pre-New Year's Dinner @ the Yeo's: This was a home-cooked meal by Auntie Kim.
3) New Year's Dinner: 2 rounds of Korean BBQ at my parents'.
